YORK, PA. (March 2, 2009) The fighting pride of York, Pennsylvania, Carney Bowman, will host a public/media workout tomorrow, Tuesday, March 3rd at 5pm in advance of his headlining return to the Valencia Ballroom this Saturday night at the "BATTLE OF YORK 3".
The open workout will take place at Bowman's home gym, the Lincolnway Sportcenter, located at 2601 W. Market St. in York.

Bowman will be joined by local fan favorite Eric Nemo who will be fighting in York for the first time in his professional career. Also joining them will be their trainer Julio Alvarez.

Fight fans in the York, PA. area are encouraged to attend this unique opportunity to watch both of these "HOMETOWN HEROES" in their training environment as they march forward in their final days of preparation. Both fighters will be available for pictures and autographs following their workout sessions.
